We had all of our windows replaced by Think Windows in 2017. We are very happy with them. But recently one of the windows wasn’t opening/closing correctly. We called. They came out within the week. Joe fixed it in 5 min and no charge! We recommend and would use them again if/when needed.

No overselling. Rich is knowledgeable and personable. Our old windows were the 6 paned style; rich suggested we keep 6 pane for front to keep with style,, but put regular window on side and back. Wow, we love the regular windows; makes the room look larger bc your view outside is not obstructed! And front with 6 pane looks great style wise. Rich could have sold us 6 pane windows for whole house (more expensive) but he instead after talking with us, he sold us what he thought we’d be happy with. Install team worked well, cleaned up everything, and reinstalled shades! Highly recommend.

The guys from Think Windows were straight forward from the beginning. Everything came in and was installed as promised. I was especially happy with how the installers were quick and completely cleaned up after installation!
